It didn't have any chase scenes, but the film version of of John le Carré's "A Most Wanted Man" did feature some Mercedes-Benz cameos, stills of which Mercedes released today ahead of the film's premiere in Germany. But what are the best car cameos in film, ever?

For "A Most Wanted Man," Dutch director Anton Corbijn cast a late-model SL Roadster as the swaggerwagen of choice for banker Thomas Brue (Willem Dafoe), and a bleak, but dignified W126 S-Class (seen above with actress Rachel McAdams) for the equally bleak, but dignified German agent Günther Bachmann (Philip Seymour Hoffman). Mercedes-Benz says its cars have appeared in "more than 500 films and countless TV series all over the world."
