What’s The Best Yacht You Can Buy Today?

As we're all in a financial position to go yacht shopping, let's get down to brass tacks and figure out which one you should actually buy.

Sometimes I hear poor people talk and they're just, like, "blah blah blah I don't own a boat blah blah blah." Whatever. As a reader of this site, we know that you're not interested in plebian endeavors like "project cars" and "used cars," whatever those things are. (I think maybe I saw one outside of my Maybach once? But then I shut the curtain. And took a shower post-haste.) So, today's question will address an issue that's been on my mind since I shut down Neiman Marcus for some private shopping earlier today: what boat am I going to buy this season??

At the moment, I'm leaning towards the Wally Power 73. Wally is a maker of exceedingly modern and exceedingly quick boats that you may recognize from the film The Island. The new ones don't look quite as much like radar-beating spy boats as they used to, but now they're white like my 5 iPads, which is cool. Plus, white is soooo in. And, honestly, I wouldn't be caught dead piloting something that looks like my father's yacht. I'd never live it down at The Princeton Club.

But is that the coolest yacht on sale today? Or is there something even better for your trust fund monies? Let's have a conversation in the comments, but please, keep it civil, this isn't some "no rules" lawless area like an Outback Steakhouse.
