What Do You Want To Know About The 2016 Range Rover Diesel?

Truck YeahThe trucks are good!

Fans of fuel economy and off-roadable luxury, rejoice: diesel versions of the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport are finally coming to America for 2016. I get to drive ‘em this week, so get your questions in now and I’ll keep you in mind as I find out if the soot smells like Earl Grey.

Full disclosure: Jaguar Land Rover flew me all the way to Spain just to charm me into writing nice things about these vehicles. Joke’s on them, I would have done that just after reading the spec sheet!

I’m kidding of course, I work for you, faithful commentariat. But seriously these SUVs sound positively perfect on paper: 440 lb-ft of torque at 1,750 RPM and 28 MPG. In a Range Rover, already the best vehicle you could possibly be driving!

And now I’m panting. Sorry, I’ve been hanging out with that DeMuro character a lot lately and his unhealthy obsession with anything Green Oval’d is starting to reinvigorate my own. Did I ever mention I’m the only person of known record who enjoyed owning a Discovery 1?

So let’s hear your thoughts, critiques and questions on all things Range Rover Diesel.
