This is a look into BMW's top secret basement collection, and it's totally in German. But you don't need to speak German to understand things like V12 X5, V12 Z3, V16 7-Series, and Le Mans. It's basically BMW's hall of extra cylinders.

This room just seems to contain every single car that BMW could fit a V12 in. And when a V12 already fit, in the case of the 7-Series, they threw in a V16. That's what I call good old school engineering.
