Between a metric crap-ton of magical sky water that keeps being dropped on at Petit Le Mans and the typhoon heading for Suzuka, this weekend is bound to have at least one big factor to watch: RAIN.
Rain is supposed to be the great equalizer: power matters less when you can't put it all to the ground as effectively when the surface is wet. It's a whole different skill on top of everything else to be able to effectively navigate the varying levels of traction on a wet circuit at speed.
Let's be honest: we like it for the chaos. Bernie, you can put away the sprinkler system bids. Mother Nature's got this.
