We Have Good Taste In Girls, Says Ford

So there's this girl we've kinda got a thing for and she's involved in the auto industry. She also happens to be damn hot. Now and then during the SEMA show, we'd give her a call and say, "Hey, so what car did you work on, anyway?" She wouldn't tell us. Finally, today we called her up and said, "Look, it's the last day of the show. Which car is it?"
"Well, you've been through the Ford display, guess!"
"I know you didn't work on the GT, and most of the other cars don't seem like your style. Was it that powder-blue Mustang convertible with the white top?"
"Maybe."

So after we got out of the media center for the afternoon, we walked back over to the Ford display and checked out said Mustang again. Lo and behold, it was receiving the Best of Show Ford Design Award. Built by 3dCarbon, the concept is meant to evoke the California Special Mustangs of the 1960s, albeit with two less cylinders, the 'vert features a classy all-white interior and top, paired with a PPG Ocean Blue paint-and-stripe scheme by noted painter Tom Prewitt (whom you may remember from all of those Monster Garage episodes). Steeda springs handle the stance, while Bingz wheels (which should be mandatory on all new Mustangs, as far as we're concerned) keep the rubber pointed in the correct direction.

We called said girl with the good news and told her we were gonna write it up. After all, what good is living the lonely life of a blogger if you can't leverage it to get a date once in a while?
