Lee Iacocca is an automotive legend, and not just because of his creation of the K-Car, but because he's largely regarded as the father of the Mustang. And he, along with the first Mustang prototype, the first Mustang, and the 2015 Ford Mustang, just dropped by Jay Leno's Garage.
Iacocca, who is now 89, still has a lot of great things to say about the Mustang. Building the Mustang was a hard sell for Ford after the failure of Edsel, but they went for it, and sold a million of them in record time.
We've written a lot about the car already, but it's still great to hear the stories from the man himself.
Hat Tip to Anthony!
