Volkswagen is threatening legal action against Lee and Dan, the ad firm responsible for creating the "suicide bomber" ad for the VW Polo. The Polo, a tiny car once entirely unknown in the US, has gained more worldwide brand equity from the incident than a decade's worth of ad buys on the Super Bowl and "Joey" combined.
