Shemeko Howard, of Winchester, Kentucky, has been banned from driving or riding in any car with a sound system for a year, due to breaking her probation for drug trafficking by violating a noise ordinance. We bet Howard's friends are all joyously removing their stereos from their cars so they can tool around with her in compliance with the judge's decree that Shemeko is "not to be in any vehicle where any type of sound system is being operated." We can't wait to see how they're gonna enforce this one.
