The old Rimac Concept One went from zero to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds. That’s fast. That’s very fast. The new one, called the C Two and unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show earlier today, is supposed to beat that by nearly a full second, which seems impossibly quick in a car that isn’t a top-fuel dragster or doesn’t have a dang jet engine strapped to its back.

Rimac says that it has nearly doubled the horsepower with its new version, to 1,914 HP from the Concept One’s 1,073 HP, which makes the new claimed 0-60 time sound a bit more reasonable. Not that 1.8 seconds to go to highway speed is reasonable, but whatever.

Like the old Concept One, the C Two will have four electric motors, one for each of its wheels. It will also have Level 4 autonomy, Rimac claims, which might be helpful to some owners, especially if Richard Hammond is at the wheel. Check out the video above to see more.
