The original BMW M3 comes from a time when men were men, when women were women, and the M legitimately stood for “motorsport.”
The E30 M3 stands as one of the best cars I’ve driven. In my book, that rev-tastic, racing-derived S14 engine and magical chassis absolutely live up to the hype. And when you don’t want to go crazy, it’s as livable and comfortable as any 3 Series.
