There is not a single car enthusiast in the world who doesn't boast a little too much about their ride, but there are those among us who take bullshitting to the next level. These are Jalopnik readers' favorite big mouths.

We decided to keep this list video-only, since there is just something wonderful about hearing the quiver in these fibbers' voices. To really appreciate the art form that is bullshitting at car shows and street races, you need to hear that momentary pause when they think up a name for the imaginary turbocharger hooked up to the engine by an invisible pulley.

So leave us your favorite automotive bullshit stories that we didn't have room for in Kinja below.

10.) Corolla vs GTI vs Mountain Dew

Clearly the Corolla driver has had his mind destroyed by drinking all that toxic green sludge called Mountain Dew, because he has race headers and a pulley-driven turbo. If he had been double-clutching he'd have beat that VW for sure.

9.) Sunfire Guy

Really, there's no reason why you should ever pretend that your dressed-up Cavalier is anything more than a brick on wheels, but this guy lies his way through every part of the build just to impress some strangers.

8.) 140 MPH Hyundai Elantra

It's possible that this Hyundai driver went 140, assuming he was driving off a cliff at the time. How he managed to beat a Mustang, or sleep that night knowing how much he lied in that parking lot, is beyond us.

7.) 422 Horsepower Supercharged 250Z

It's clear to anyone with eyeballs that this guy stuck a fake blower intake onto the hood of his Nissan, but the owner thinks he has something to prove. We'd suggest spending less money on fake chrome decals and more on your engine, man.

6.) This Is Not A Drag Mustang

It's almost painful watching this guy talk up his obviously stock Fox Mustang. At least he popped the hood so the world can see how much bullshit he's spewing.

5.) Forte Coupe v. Cobalt SS

Street racing is a pretty terrible idea. It's basically an invitation to crash your car into a guardrail or some random commuter's car. The biggest threat of street racing is, of course, posting a video on a forum of what is clearly not a race at all and then having all your former friends shame you for it. Read this guy get trashed on a Kia forum right here.

4.) Troll Mustang Trolls Hard

If it wasn't clear from the very start of the video, once this guy says that VTEC stands for "Very Tall Engine Cooling" you know he's a troll. That said, trolling people at a car show is just shooting fish in a barrel.

3.) Like, A 1,000 horsepower Infiniti! Hella fast

We're hoping that this Infiniti dude is trolling, too. Please, we don't want to live in a world where a guy claims he's running a four-cylinder G35 with VTEC running "like, a thousand horsepower."

2.) This M3 Runs 400 Pounds Of Boost

How much boost? 400 pounds, you say? Good thing that intercooler isn't even hooked up to anything. You can watch them confront the very nervous owner who won't lift the hood right here.

1.) Turbo Rotary Mustang GTR

You can scratch our entire list of the worst things that people do at car shows. This is the very worst car show behavior there can possibly be. Just be proud of your regular Mustang and don't make a fool of yourself.
