Come on, you know you want the Cadillac ATS Coupe over the sedan. The four-door's backseat isn't even that big anyway. Just be ready to pay more for better looks and fewer doors.
Cadillac today announced pricing on the two-door version of their damn fine ATS sport sedan, and it's going to start at $38,990 for the 2.0-liter turbocharged version. That's almost $6,000 more than the base ATS sedan, and $2,000 more than the ATS 2.0 turbo sedan, but still more than a grand cheaper than a comparable BMW 428i coupe.
And like the 4-Series, Cadillac didn't just lop two doors off the ATS and call it a day. It's longer, lower and wider than its sedan brother and features its own bodywork.
The ATS Coupe can be had in rear- or all-wheel drive with the turbo four or a 3.6-liter V6, but apparently not the 2.5-liter naturally aspirated four in the base ATS sedan.
Swell. Now bring on the Cadillac ATS-V already. The people demand it.
