Let the French Canadians snicker (they know why), but Buick is working on a "super" version of its LaCrosse, which will adopt more cues from the company's Velite concept of 2004 (pictured). Set to go on sale sometime in the next few years, following a press preview later this month, according to Edmunds Inside Line, the new edition will be powered by the model's first V8, a 300-plus-hp mill of some configuration. It also revives the brand's top trim level first seen in 1940.
