A stolen Tesla Model S split in half and burst into flames in West Hollywood after it crashed into several cars and lamp posts during a police chase. Two people are in critical condition including the driver of the Tesla.
He tried to outrun the police while driving in excess of 100 mph on the streets of West Hollywood before the crash sent half of the car wedged between two buildings. Meanwhile, witnesses talk about a spark and explosion heavy electric firework they did not expected to see on July 4. ABC7 has more:
