The Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake is almost everything many of us could want in a car, which is why it’s out of most of our price ranges and we likely won’t ever see one with our own eyes: It’s a fast, naturally aspirated V12 supercar, it’s a shooting brake, it’s a limited run, and it comes in pink.
Wait. It comes in pink?
Oh, you better believe it does. Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer posted a photo of some Zagato shooting brakes at the factory on Instagram recently, and the focal point of his photo was this very, very pink one. It’s a great pink, too, if we’re honest: It’s not a light shade or a dark shade of pink, and it’s not even really metallic, like many other cars. It’s just pink—Pepto Bismol, Barbie Jeep pink. The unapologetic kind.
This pink Aston is one of only 99 Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brakes, all of which will get a 580-horsepower V12, a long roof and two seats. The shooting brake was an incredible sight to behold in itself, but this pink exterior coat takes it to a whole new level.
If cars could be spirit animals, this Aston would be mine—along with a Suzuki Samurai in the trashiest NASCAR vinyl wrap around, probably.
