The "drivetrain" is built from iron pipe and fittings cobbled together as the axle, some fabricated pedals and wooden wheels. The steering stalk is made from wood with a faux speedometer mounted on the handlebars. Apparently its actually possible to drive the thing after some practice, though turning is problematic. Next we'll be hearing about the steampunk version of the GM/Segway PUMA. [Instructables
