Schumacher's Second-Place Finish Not Bad, Says Todt

Jean Todt, the team boss who turned Scuderia Ferrari from a laughing stock into a championship F1 franchise during the 1990s, was encouraged by driver Michael Schumacher's second-place finish in last Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix, a mere 0.2 seconds behind World Champion Fernando Alonso. After last season's sobering 2005 season (it came in third after McLaren-Mercedes and Renault among constructors), we'd imagine Todt — who hates to lose as much as he loves fine cheeses — will make an example out of anyone who gets in his way this year.
