Based on a Corvette chassis and using a 670 HP supercharged LS7, the Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS claims to be the first folding hardtop four-door supercar. With a class that specific, we don't doubt it.
The bizarre panel hinging from the rear 3/4 panel appears to be a door, rather than a roof support, so we're not sure what the roof looks like, but since we've always hankered after a 205 MPH, four-door convertible Corvette that handles like a boat, we'll let that one slide.
Press release:
The Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS is the only 4 door "topless on demand" supercar in the world.
The experience of driving with the wind rushing over, the engine roaring and the glass top, dropping within 20 seconds.
With its yacht-inspired interior wrapped around the brutal V8 pulling you from 0-300 kph (0-186 mph) in less than 35 seconds.
The Savage is a celebration to design. The design is derived from driving a car as an emotional sensation.
It includes the signatures of two revolutionaries. A conflicting and revolutionary balanced design emphasizes the "bad boy" character.
The aggressive cut front shows its primeval powers. The wide muscular rear end shows inviolable trust and leaves everyone behind.
A very high standard of finishing with exaggerated details shows its a true superlative.
