Rolls-Royce announced it will officially chop the top off of its Phantom. The company confirmed it will build the convertible Phantom, after implying as much by showing it off at this year's Geneva Motor Show. The new model, slightly smaller than the show car, gets power from a 6.75 liter V12 motor (horsepower: "sufficient"). Figure having to avoid rap stars blowing red lights in these ragtops starting in 2007. (Watch for the glint of sunlight off their 24" chrome spinners).
