German Judge Decides That The Tesla Model 3 Touchscreen-Based Wipers Are Illegal After Driver Wrecks Using Them
I'm fine with the idea of drinking and driving, provided you're under the legal limit for your area. If that's the law, I don't care whether you're drinking now, or whether you just finished drinking.
Of course, from the legislative side, I also support a near-zero tolerance policy (BAC ~0.02) for alcohol, cell phones, texting, and anything else that can be reasonably enforced. Anyone caught doing any of that in an accident should get automatic "at fault" status and at least a year of license revocation. DUI is way too lenient in the US.
Start taking the REAL dangers off the road and I'll be able to stop worrying about going 7mph over the limit.
