Before 2007, the Nissan Skyline was an incredibly rare sight on these shores. Getting one would cost you thousands more than the list price and one of your children. And after all that you'd still be sitting on the wrong side of the car. And then your car would get taken by the government.
That's why it's so tragic when one of these cars bites the dust in an accident. Especially when the person who hits it flees the scene like a cowardly girl.
The crash, which occurred in Oregon, involved an older Ford Mustang directly t-boning a glorious, and we mean glorious, R32 Skyline GT-R. It was plowed from the right, which in the GT-R is the driver's side.
Thankfully, the car was in a parking lot and the driver wasn't in it at the time. The driver of the red Mustang got out of the car and took off on foot.
A skinny man between 6'4" and 6'7" was seen running from the crash. It is unclear if the man was hairy enough to be considered a Sasquatch.
Investigators are looking to ID the suspect today, if you see him call the police.
