Nissan announced in November it was pulling out of the Detroit Auto Show. Now it's apparently scuttled plans by some of its Michigan dealers to attend the show in the space Nissan planned to occupy.
The Detroit Free Press interviewed Doug Fox, Nissan dealer and co-chairman of the show and was told Nissan asked the Detroit area dealers "to please respect their decision to not have a presence." But why? We don't think Nissan hates Detroit. [MLive]
