In New Jersey news that isn't about Tesla, a state senator there wants the legalization of recreational marijuana use so the Garden State can raise some green fix its bridges and roads. Sounds reasonable.
The Associated Press reports Nicholas Scutari announced his plan Monday to legalize pot so the state of New Jersey can tax it and fund infrastructure improvements, as well as other programs like drug enforcement and women's health.
Still, Scutari says 70 percent of tax revenue would go towards roads, and told the AP this is easier than trying to get the money from a gas tax — although aren't the huffers going to complain?
