An Ottawa-based engineer forwarded some information on a hovering watercraft he's developing, using a rotary-type engine developed by Moller industries, of Skycar fame. The Hover X-Plorer, in fact heavily influenced by technologies developed by Dr. Paul Moller, is designed to hover roughly 25 feet over any surface, operating as a virtual airbike. According to the inventor, the HX also incorporates a sensor array that will allow the vehicle to stop in the air, park, and avoid obstacles. He's currently looking for investors to help him build a workable prototype. Anyone with flaming bags of money can contact him at H-X-Enterprise@hotmail.com.
