It's too early to say if Zetschefication is working, but Mercedes-Benz posted a 5% gain in profits for the month of October. The DaimlerChrysler division delivered 1.3% more cars over last October. Despite flagging sales on the part of smart, the B-Class and M-Class led the sales charge, especially in Asia, where M-B posted a 12.1 percent gain. However, home market sales flagged by 9.1 percent. Still, DCX stock was up 2.1% in Frankfurt trading.
