Somebody flew a camera drone off of their balcony on the East Side of Manhattan Monday evening. Then it hit a building. And then it nearly killed a man when it crashed to the ground.
The drone took off from a high balcony Monday and gave a pretty breathtaking view of Manhattan. It flew far away, and, maybe due to a combination of a lack of radio signal and wind, it hit a skyscraper. Then it fell. Straight to the ground.
It nearly hit a businessman after its freefall, and he thinks he could have been hurt if it hit him. He's right, he could have been.

The NYPD has taken no action because no laws were broken, but the man hopes to identify where the drone came from, so he recovered the memory card of the flight and posted it.
