Another week means another entry into our series featuring the sweet cars I found for sale online. This time we have an incredible supercar, a rare Japanese BMW, a fantastic Jeep and more!

Based on reader feedback I’m making a change to this series. I’m now searching for interesting vehicles anywhere and everywhere on the internet, not just Facebook and Craigslist.

These vehicles may be hilariously unreliable, remarkably unusual, questionably tuned or just something that stops me in my tracks. We all know the used car market is all kinds of broken right now, but I try to find deals where they exist.

The Volkswagen CC, or Comfort Coupe, is very much not a coupe. The CC is actually a Passat, and it trades rear seat headroom for a profile that stops me in my tracks every time I see one in a parking lot. It’s longer, lower and more curvy than a regular Passat.

This one comes with a manual transmission, too, so your curvaceous sedan is in theory more fun to drive. It’s $7,500 on Facebook Marketplace in Hartford, Connecticut with 137,000 miles.

The Minica Toppo is a tall MPV based on the Minica kei car. These retain front end of the Minica but with a bulbous body. This is a kei car with all of the headroom in it, which makes it more practical, too. You could fit a lot in that trunk, especially with the rear seat removed.

Sadly, this one doesn’t have the same 9,000 RPM 4 cylinder screamer that Orlove wrote about in the past. Instead, it has the 657cc 3G83 inline three making 40 horses mated to a three-speed automatic.

It’s $7,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Greenville, Michigan with 24,400 miles.

The Jeep FJ-6 series of delivery trucks were built on the chassis of the CJ-6 and had a F-134 Hurricane under its sheet metal. Most sources I have been able to find on these say that they were produced beginning in 1965 for the Postal Service. So the model year here may be a typo or they could have been produced earlier.

With that out of the way, this is quite possibly the coolest delivery truck I’ve ever seen. I’ve long wanted a Grumman LLV but forget that, I now want a Jeep FJ-6A. This little truck is basically all windows and the engine bay is in the box right to the left of the dashboard. The rest of the thing is all open space.

This one has had a lot of work done including new brakes, fuel tank and carburetor, but will need a new rear main seal and a roof leak fixed. It’s $11,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Kent, Washington.

The Solstice was one of the awesome cars to come out of the final breaths of Pontiac. It was a little sporty roadster with striking looks and the same reverse lights as a GMC Envoy. But while it may be a parts bin special, don’t let that deter you because this thing appears to be some serious fun. It has a 2.0-liter Ecotec LNF turbo four delivering 260 HP and 260 lb-ft torque. That’s paired to a manual transmission.

This one is said to be in good condition, save for a tear in the convertible top. It’s $9,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Las Vegas, Nevada with 121,000 miles.

The Triumph Scrambler is effectively a Bonneville with off-road styling and just a dose of capability to go with it. Owners suggest that these are best on fire roads and out in the desert.

Triumph also nailed the vintage style with these. Those carburetors in that picture are actually throttle bodies for fuel injection. It has some of the modern tech you expect but looks stuck in the ‘60s.

This one has a custom exhaust, custom fuel map and 50/50 road tires. It’s $4,200 on Facebook Marketplace in DeLand, Florida with 17,892 miles.

Reader teamtestbot - the David Tracy of Vans lives up to their Kinja handle by having a Tracy-sized fleet of oddball vehicles. Among them are a bunch of these Econoline Centurions. These van-trucks (vucks?) combine luxury conversion vans with utilitarian dually pickups.

Converted by Michigan-based Centurion vehicles, these are delightfully absurd with head-turning looks.

This one appears to be in pretty good condition and has all of 80,000 miles on its odometer. It’s $12,000 on Craigslist in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

Here’s an import from Japan that’s a bit different than you’d expect. This BMW Alpina B6 Touring is number 30 of the 136 left-hand-drive models produced. What is the Alpina B6? It’s the closest to an E36 M3 wagon you’ll get.

Under the hood is a 2.8-liter straight six with custom heads, cams and pistons. It makes 240 HP and delivers that power through a manual transmission. This one appears to be in good shape and is ready to be the speedy ‘90s German wagon of your dreams. It’s $25,000 on Facebook Marketplace in Seattle, Washington with 127,000 miles.

This might be the most expensive car ever featured here, but for those of you with deep pockets it might be worth it!

The Esprit is not a timeless supercar; its pop-up headlights and squared taillights place it solidly in the era it was built. That said, it’s still one of the best-looking vehicles ever produced. And the V8? Oh this engine. It’s all aluminum with four valves per cylinder and a flat-plane crankshaft. That’s cool enough, but it has two turbos too, making 350 HP.

[Correction: 8:52 a.m.: Unfortunately, the Lotus Esprit V8 I originally featured was a scam. I apologize for and regret the error. Thankfully, I always have a runner-up on hand. This 1997 Lotus Esprit V8 is real, stock and with 43,090 miles in Orlando, Florida. It’s sold by Gateway Classic Cars for $55,000.]

The Studebaker Champion is a full-size car that helped pull Studebaker out of its Great Depression slump. It’s powered by a 2.7-liter straight six making 78 HP. This one is said to have participated in the 1983 edition of the Great American Race, a rally for classic cars.

It’s $10,500 on Facebook Marketplace in Venango, Nebraska with 61,000 miles.

That’s it for this week! Have you purchased a car from one of these posts? If so, I want to know.

If you know of a weird car for sale on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, drop it down in the comments or send it along in an email! If the car’s still for sale, we may feature it in a future post.
