Looks Like The 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Holds Its Own Off Road

Truck YeahThe trucks are good!

Some folks just put a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk through "Hell's Revenge," a torturous slickrock trail in Moab, Utah considered a "testpiece" off-road track by some. They reckoned the SUV "passed with flying colors," and it looks like it was able to keep up with a mighty Wrangler Rubicon.

The soundtrack is a little noisy, but there's some great off-road footage here. The KL Cherokee looks most taxed around 7 minutes and 10 minutes in, heading into a deep pit and over a craggy rock garden respectively.

There's a bit of wheel squeal throughout, but the KL seems to scurry its way over the obstacles without completely fragging itself.

I am still skeptical . Every time the Dart gets hung up in this vid it cuts to a new scene. It's also noticeable that the dart does not take on some of the gnarlier sections.

Hell's Revenge has an abundance of traction (I did it last fall) and thought it is rough and scary to drive in sections, I think a lot of vehicles could pull it off if you don't mind tearing them up.

That said the Dart did more in this video than 95% of 4x4 drivers will ever ask of their vehicles.
