Lamborghini Curiously Not At Fault In Lamborghini Crash

On Saturday, in Gómez Palacio, Mexico, a taxi attempting a U-turn struck a Lamborghini Aventador, causing around $38,000 in damage, according to the Mexico City newspaper Excelsior. For once, it wasn’t the Lamborghini’s fault!

The crash occurred around 7:55 p.m., and was caught on CCTV, which captured debris spraying everywhere. Both drivers suffered only minor injuries in the accident, Excelsior reported. And while the crash left the taxi utterly destroyed, the Lambo looked roughed up yet still salvageable.

Be careful out there! Full video of the crash is below.

As an adjuster I have developed a working hypothesis for fault in crashes (work in progress). If there is an accident involving any of these cars, these cars are at fault. Regardless of mitigating circumstances or scenario:

Honda CRV (any generation), any taxi, gold Toyota Corolla’s, purple minivans, Dodge rams (3rd gen and up), Mustangs made from 1980-2012.

This isn’t an exhaustive list, but the top offenders.
