Here's a Jalopnik Helpful Hint: if you're going to hop into a golf cart, don't crash it. Because it will not end well for you. Your throat will be impaled on a steering wheel, you'll probably snap your neck, and you'll definitely have a face full of glass pebbles. But watching the tests is awesome.

I really think it's the positively delightful music from this AutoMotoTV video that ties it all together. I can watch this all goddamn day.

The great and/or completely horrible thing about golf carts is that the crash structure is pretty much non-existent. That's why they're often not road-legal. Except in Europe, where the laws are kind of silly that way, and they're not called golf carts, they're called "heavy and/or light quadricycles."

Remarkably, not all the tests are completely terrible, like this one for the Renault Twizy, which actually has airbags:

Also, who knew golf carts came with seatbelts and airbags? I guess in Europe they do. Huh.
