Oh the baguettes you ll haul, France. Hummer s global expansion plans rock-crawled over a new milestone this week, when the first of its smallest SUVs, the 2006 H3, began arriving in Europe. The first to arrive are US-built models, with GM s South Africa built models sporting right-hand drive and a diesel option alighting later this year. Europe will initially get the same Vortec 3.5-liter inline five-cylinder as the US model.
