Looks like Honda's not letting all the money it spent developing the NSX go to waste, it's changing the name to Honda HSV-010 GT and entering it in the Japanese SuperGT Championship.
The HSV-010 GT is powered by a 3.4-liter V8 sending somewhere north of 500 HP through the sequential manual gearbox from Ricardo. Unlike the original NSX, that engine is mounted in front of the cabin, although, like the Lexus LFA, it's likely so far back that weight distribution is either a neutral 50:50 or slightly biased towards the rear.
The Japanese SuperGT Championship kicks off on March 20th, so expect more images and the details on the NSX that could have been around that time. [Le Blog Auto via Autoblog]
