CountersteerYour true stories of good and bad things that happen in cars.

Chances are, you’re not the same person you were in high school. Life comes at you fast, and suddenly you don’t even recognize that kid from all those years ago. Which inevitably means our taste in cars will change right along with us.

I am still A Youngin’. I have owned exactly two cars in my life and am still very convinced that obnoxious American muscle is the way to go. My most significant change is a new infatuation with microcars, mostly because of how absurd, impractical, and adorable they are.

But I know some of you out there have had more significant changes. Who absolutely refused to buy a minivan—and then a few kiddos came along and now suddenly you can argue the pros and cons of every soccer mom vehicle on the market? Who’s ashamed of their phase of cutting off mufflers and annoying the neighborhood? I want to hear all your best stories!
