To make this coupe, the once-defunct and now again living Hispano Suiza disassembled and lengthened an Audi R8 5.2 FSI. Also, they made it really, really ugly and really, really expensive. $949,000 expensive. And oh, look, a hybrid!

How does Hispano Suiza justify this cost? Well exclusivity for one, they only plan to build 25-50 of these a year. There's also a completely new interior, a fancy B&O stereo, all-new suspension and a very angular exterior that doesn't share any panels with the donor car even if it does steal its taillights. Oh, and there's the twin electric superchargers that boost power from the 5.2-liter V10 to 739 HP and 516 Lb-Ft. That results in a 3.4 second 0-60 time and a 211 MPH top speed.

Fitting in with the Geneva show's theme of presenting hybrids that aren't really green, Hispano's made some grumblings about offering a hybrid version complete with a 150 HP electric motor driving the front wheels.
