Citroen did not win the Rally Sardinia this weekend but Dani Sordo and Marc Marti did manage to put their car nose-down into the dirt, which is its own kind of victory.

Maybe when they noticed the "total" written on the hood they took this as an instruction.

"In other news, Police Seized a rally prepped Citreon in a local drug bust. Instead of hauling the half a million dollar automobile, police instead decided to drive it to the impound lot by way of a World Rally Championship dirt track. The automobile was shot nose-first into the dirt past a jump, police are blaming bald tires for the loss of traction and but shocks and suspension set-up for the nose-first dive into the ground. Damage is estimated to be around $50,000."
