Former Veteran F1 Driver Andrea de Cesaris Has Reportedly Died

McLaren F1 has announced that their former veteran driver Andrea de Cesaris has passed away.

Multiple reports from Italian media are reporting that de Cesaris was involved in a motorcycle crash, and Motorsport.com's Nick DeGroot is confirming.

The 55-year-old was killed in a motorcycle accident outside of Rome earlier today....He was riding a Suzuki 600 and although the details of the accident are not yet known, he lost control and struck a guardrail. He was killed on impact.

De Cesaris is known for having the longest F1 career without a victory.
