Fisker has had a rough go of things in recent weeks. They've announced they are furloughing workers for at least a week. And now it sounds like they've hired bankruptcy lawyers. Uh oh.
The report comes from The Wall Street Journal, which has said that Fisker just hired lawyers from bankruptcy firm Kirkland & Ellis to look into a possible bankruptcy as an option to get out of debt.
This comes hot on the heels of Henrik Fisker leaving his own company and a worker furlough. Tough stuff.
