Dodge again dips into the past and pulls out a classic color for the Challenger R/T. Mopar fanatics will recognize "Green With Envy" from 1969 Chargers and Superbees. It was a limited color then, and it is now. Act fast.

As introduced today at the Chicago auto show, buyers can order the throwback color on Challenger R/T Classic and SRT8 392 models. Envious buyers can order a Challenger SRT8 Green With Envy now, or wait until late first-quarter '11 for the Challenger R/T Classic version.

For the Challenger R/T Classic, the limited-edition Green With Envy model comes with A-line body striping in matte black or optional white. New five-spoke, cast-aluminum wheels recall the old Halibrand "Kidney Bean" style. Inside, the seats are in Dark Slate Nappa leather with green accent stitching.

The Challenger SRT8 392 gets black body stripes and 20" SRT five-spoke wheels. Inside, the SRT seats get the same in Dark Slate Nappa Leather, with green accents front and rear.

And if those are too fast, and you need more room, you can always get a new Nissan van wrapped in the same color, so you'll have a Green With Envy NV.
