A category 5 typhoon called “Meranti” just pummeled Taiwan and is working its way into mainland China, and this guy thinks it’s a good idea to take the scooter out. Nature’s reality check was right on the nose.
The highest recorded wind speed for Meranti was 180 miles per hour in Taiwan, which is more than enough to turn the streets into a nightmare-ish disaster movie of quick-moving debris, as homie on the scooter finds out the hard way in the video clip:
The Weather Channel is reporting that at least seven people have been killed as Meranti now slowly dissipates into the Chinese mainland.

Whatever chores this guy was out running were probably not worth the roof structure to the dome, and I hope he’s warm and dry somewhere safe.
