Question: What are you doing this Sunday night? And on the next consecutive four Sunday nights after that? Answer: Nothing! You’re keeping your schedule wide open and clear because NBC Sports’ /DRIVE is back for its fifth season. And yours truly will be making an appearance.

Each Sunday evening from Oct. 21 through Nov. 18, you’ll be able to catch new episodes of /DRIVE on NBC Sports that will take you through the Oregon Trail in different off-road vehicles, offer a closer and well-deserved look at the French car renaissance and explore grassroots racing and the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

The show is hosted by Chris Harris, Mike Spinelli and Alex Roy, but joining them this season will also be The Smoking Tire’s Zack Klapman and myself, so expect to see a short person and some yelling in one of the episodes.

J.F. Musial, /DRIVE’s executive producer and friend of Jalopnik, wanted this season to be more than just a typical car show. So keep your eye out for a special Los Angeles-based episode, where we investigate what makes Southern California one of the most unique hotbeds for car culture in the world.

Air times (EST) are as follows:

  • Oct. 21 at 8 p.m.
  • Oct. 28 at 8:30 p.m.
  • Nov. 4 (two episodes) at 9 p.m.
  • Nov. 11 (two episodes) at 8 p.m.
  • Nov 18 (one-hour special) at 8:30 p.m.
