Do You Have An Automotive Litmus Test?

Whenever it's time for a President to appoint a Supreme Court Justice there's always question of whether there's a "litmus tests" on controversial issues; one factor that can completely remove a choice. Do you have an automotive litmus test?

Yes. As open as I am to all sorts of car possibilities, inlcuding even FWD if the right vehicle came along (unmolosted Integra Type R), there is a quality I look for in every car I buy: character. It's a little less definable than other features some people look for, but I know it when I see it. Character is the difference between turning heads and blending in with the crowd. It's what makes you stop and peer through the window of a car when you see it in a parking lot. Character is the opposite of beige.

Is there something you must have/must not have on every car you buy? What is it? The Senate of the Commentariat must know before it approves any nominees.
