The poster stated that the "Customer states there's a burning smell and check engine light." They also offered an explanation for how it all happened.

Squirrel. Or multiple squirrels. Not sure yet. Can't get anyone to reach in there and peel apart the nest. Car has been sitting since Monday. That's +/- 72 hours for the varmints to nest up.
