Somewhat analagous to a Gallic up-armored Hummer, the Panhard V hicule Blind L ger is designed as a multi-configuration all-terrain combat machine. Coupling French weirdness and manly badassness, the VBL resembles a Dakar Rally vehicle, if the Dakar was being contested by Max Rockatansky.
