The company that shoved the branded entertainment bandwagon down the hill is now standing by the side of the road and watching it trundle on with everyone else on board. That's right, no more films from BMW, no more sponsorships of elegant Hollywood soirees, etc. The reason? Ducats, Bucky, ducats. In Hollywood, you've gotta pay to play, and the Quandt-family-controlled Bayrische Motoren Werke simply doesn't have the ducats to play anymore.
