In the US, the concept of a tent revival brings to mind snake handlers, Holy Ghost possession and speaking in tongues, but in the UK, it's all about old racecars. The Goodwood Revival, held annually on the estate of Lord March in Southern England, attracts some of the best-kept and most thoroughly restored vintage cars (and planes) in the world. Watching their owners thrash them around a track, as if they had come hot from the factory, may be the most cringe-inducing event since reality TV.
