I’m actually heading out to do this on Saturday. I’m not great at editing though, so mine are single images rather than composite.

Heaven forbid a website revisit a three year old article. Read more

I’d much rather the light painting article featuring an XJ220 than look at spy shots of some truck that might be on sale in a year. Read more

I think its hilarious all the pictures of the new high end vehicles with these all the way across displays always seem to have glare on them, on the official press photos. Read more

Take heart: Black Optics package is coming for 2021. Read more

To keep in line with major trade partners Liberia and Myanmar I think.. Read more

It’s criminal that they don’t offer a Black Optics package on this model, because I agree. Never liked that grille. Read more

This review just makes me want an original Allroad. I’ve got a similar-vintage Outback right now, so why not step up to the luxury option from the same era? There’s an Allroad for sale near me, with a six-speed, for $2800. Sure it’s got 236,000 miles on the clock, but it looks super well cared-for and the owner says Read more

To everyone going off on the steep entry price, just reminding you Audi ALSO still sells an A4 allroad too which is a lot more palatable at $44k. It’s 2020 and Audi sells 3 different wagons. Let’s stop complaining. Read more

Is it just me, or do the chrome bits on the grill make this car look like it’s wearing braces? Didn’t notice it at first, but after looking at the photo that was a little farther away, I can’t unsee it... Read more

That said, having driven both the Tiptronic and shift-your-own variants, I actually liked the automatic variant better in most cases. The original in the pictures here is a beautiful survivor. I know that Read more

Ah man - I never get tired of seeing photos like this. The juxtaposition of a 60, 70, 80 thousand dollar car, with fine wood interior panels, spotless leather seats, cutting edge electronics, and gleaming paint jobs, out there living the dirtbag lifestyle with tents and bikes and (occasionally) kayaks or surfboards. Tell us more about the beautiful 05. How much have you had to wrench on it?

Great pictures, how much does the thing cost? I’d have to imagine in the neighborhood of $70K. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that Audi is bringing back a sleek big wagon, but I wish more manufacturers got into the game with midsize wagons. I love my Alltrack, but it’s a bit tight and thinking about #3 really means Read more

holy photodump batman. this is like what my phone camera roll looks like 5 min after my teen grabs my camera. Read more

I understand the front seats are probably all the way back, but that rear leg-space is appalling for a car this large.

My father has gone electric, but still keeps his old 2007 A6 allroad around for the occasional long-distance and/or trailering needs. It’s a diesel, so it’s noisy, smelly and slow, and the term “throttle response” doesn’t make a lot of sense, but the air suspension is a delight, both in terms of comfort and how it Read more
