Acura just released one teaser shot if this X6-esque coupe-like crossover vehicle, bound for the New York Auto Show. Thankfully, someone noticed the other photos they left hidden in their source code.

Rather than bringing something fun and sporty to compete with the likes of BMW and Audi, Acura appears to have landed on this psuedo-coupe SUV thing likely based on the Acura MDX platform given the size. Or is it actually the Honda Crosstour in Acura guise? Either way, it's also likely this "concept" is the preview of an actual vehicle the brand hopes to produce next year.

Acura posted just one photo on their site, but AcuraZine was kind enough to locate the other photos hiding in the source code.

The sad thing about this teaser is that you totally know what it's going to look like- it'll have that dumb-ass shield grill and slitty headlamps. The tail lamps will have the little vampire teeth drops at the edges, and the fender line has some poorly thought out hard edged humps over the wheels. All that and a hatchback profile that makes it look like the rear headroom is only sufficient for victims of an al-Qaeda video (hey-ho!)
