The new Mansory 4XX Siracusa is a Ferrari 488 with an engine tune up to 790 horsepower. Man, I have never doubted if I wanted a 790 horsepower car before.
The problem is the bodykit, which, like the last Mansory Siracusa, is so hideous that I lose faith in the world as I look at it.
Please, Mansory.
Please.
The funniest part of the car isn’t the horrible paint or the weirdo bodykit or the willfully strange split rear wing.
Mansory claims the Siracusa makes 790 horsepower (up from 661 stock) and 643 lb-ft of torque (up from 561 stock). That’s a gain of 129 horsepower and 82 lb-ft. But Mansory also claims the Siracusa does 0-60 in 2.9 seconds and tops out at 212 mph. That’s only 0.1 seconds faster in the sprint and 7 mph faster at the top end.
So despite the gains in power, the car is hardly any bit faster out on the road.
The trade off in ugly looks for high performance isn’t even much of a trade.
