Pennsylvania police said today that "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was drunk before crashing his Porsche 911 GT3 at 130 mph on Monday, killing himself and a friend. Tests show he had a blood alcohol of 0.196 percent, twice the legal limit.

Dunn, 34, and his passenger, Zach Hartwell, a former Navy SEAL and friend of Dunn's who had worked with some other members of the "Jackass" crew, had been drinking at a suburban Philadelphia bar Barnaby's in the hours before the crash. Dunn had a prior DUI conviction.

The finding could mean trouble for the bar, since Pennsylvania has a "dram shop law" that makes bars and restaurants that serve alcohol responsible if they provide drinks to someone who's clearly inebriated and later crashes — even if another passenger gets into the car with the drunk driver.
